Three reasons people come to this site.

You need a role filled

For hiring managers

A shortlist of assessed candidates in five working days — and a straight answer when we can't fill it. We work the roles the volume agencies struggle with.

What we actually do

One thing, done properly.

We are deliberately focused. We find IT specialists and we place them into financial services organisations — as contractors who become part of your team, or as permanent hires — rather than selling generic staffing across every sector, or delivery projects on a fixed price.

The sector choice made itself. Twelve of our thirteen clients are banks, insurers or assurers. We know how their change programmes are governed, how their vendor onboarding works, what their security clearance process demands, and which skills are genuinely scarce this quarter rather than merely fashionable.

It also means we say no. We do not do bulk temporary staffing, executive search, or fixed-price delivery projects. Firms our size that try to do everything end up doing none of it well.

How an assignment starts

Brief

A conversation with the person the consultant will report to — not a forwarded job description.

Shortlist

Three assessed candidates within five working days, each with a written scorecard against your brief.

Decision

You interview. We handle rate negotiation, references, vetting and the start date.

Aftercare

Check-ins at 30, 60 and 90 days, and a conversation about redeployment before the assignment ends — not after.

Our clients are measured on transformation, on delivery and on risk. We are one of the few suppliers who can help with all three at once.

Why Level 1 status matters more than a lower rate

The procurement case

Tell us about the role.

Send us the requisition, or just describe the problem. We will tell you within a day whether we can fill it, roughly what it will cost, and how long it will take.
